EU-only providers are selected before price or carbon scoring. Exclude US-owned EU data centres entirely with one policy flag.
Auth, storage, tiles, fonts, and analytics are EU-hosted and self-served. No US CDN sits in the request path.
Every run ships with an EU-residency attestation: provider, region, and jurisdiction, signed and auditable.
